While I am sitting at the gate in Minneapolis ready to board a plane I saw the gate agent who appeared to be about 75 years old (which doesn’t matter except for the fact that caring is something inside you forever). He walked out to straighten the sky priority rug, looked up and then straightened the Delta sign… My question to you is; do you care enough to straighten your model front porch rugs ? Do you straighten your directional signs? All I am saying is that it shows both you and the company you work for that you are an ambassador for care!
