With the Olympics in full swing today CWK is about ….what makes a Champion or better yet how can you be someone’s champion?

• a person who has defeated or surpassed all rivals in a competition, especially in sports “a champion Olympic gold winner”

• a person who accepts the challenge to champion and be the lead in an activity or support someone else in accomplishing their goal!

I like to use the synonyms of champion and apply that to everyday life;  advocate,  proponent, supporter, defender, upholder, backer, and the list could go on but the real question is… How are you doing in the role of being a Champion?

Go Champion someone or something today!  It is a remarkable feeling… this is truly how to go for the Gold!
