Focus before, during and after!

As I was watching the golf “Open” this weekend I loved watching the intense focus in the eyes of the golfers as they approached their shots. I was also amazed at how important that focus carried through in the follow up of their swing.

Lesson to be learned; Uber focus creates champions! Check your focus intensity this week and you are sure to have a “Winning Week”!
