With June and Summer comes new energy for all of us! Here is what I believe as my personal “Energy Power Plant Theory”

The Energy Power Plant theory:  A Power Plant does not automatically have energy. It generates it. You don’t automatically have happiness. You generate it.

How? Through full engagement with others, joy and confidence! 

1. We are each responsible for the energy we bring into every situation.
2. It is not the energy you are given, but rather what you generate and share.
3. Energy can be stored and used for later…
