Without a culture you have no foundation. I truly believe this. I also believe you can create multiple cultures in which to lead and guide you into wise choices and behaviors.

• Personal Culture: the one you establish for yourself and your home
• Work Culture: the one that is established in an organization by leadership and team members
• Professional Culture: the one you establish yourself to lead and guide you in being the best you!

As you can tell I firmly believe with an established culture you are whole, and without it you are reactive and responsive to multiple situations without guidance.
