The sale is for the moment, friends are for life. All things being equal people want to do business with people they like and see as a friend they trust.

Your competitor cannot take away a customer who trusts you and appreciates you as a friend.

Tips to create a friend in business; 

  • Find common ground.
  • Laugh with them.
  • Talk to them, about them.
  • Establish credibility.
  • Be Genuine
